Launched in 2010, Music Students for Hire has provided live music for over 10,000 private and corporate events.

Our mission is to make live music more accessible to clients whilst supporting talented musicians during their professional careers.

Our roster of over 1,600 musicians includes graduates from some of the top music colleges and universities around the country. Our national pool of musicians include String Quartets, Jazz Musicians, Harpists, Pianists, Singers and much more.

HOW WE WORK

  • Whether you have a very clear idea of the type of musician(s) you’d like, or would like some guidance, we listen carefully to your ideas to make sure we’re clear on what you want to achieve. Discussing the nature of the event, location, audience, desired ambience, special requirements and budget.

  • With over 1500 of the country’s most talented, young musicians on our books we can propose many different options to suit your requirements and budget, sending audio samples and repertoire lists to help aid your decision.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer and card payment. To secure the date / musician(s) we have a range of deposit and balance schedules to suit your needs.

  • We liaise between you and the musicians to finesse all the details of your event and ensure a smooth planning process. We reconfirm all details and exchange contact details approx 10 days before your event. We support our musicians & events 7 days per week so we’re always on hand to help.
